Keira Knightley has revealed the name of her baby girl! The British actress, who gave birth three months ago, has revealed that she has named her baby girl Edie.

Ah, Edie - we love it.

The Imitation Game actress, 30, who had initially kept quiet about motherhood following the baby's birth in May, also opened up about the bond she has with her child.

"The love thing is astonishing. It's a very primal, primal love. That's quite extraordinary."

She also reveals that giving birth had an unexpected bonus: It finally allowed her a self-confidence boost.

"I have to say, as a woman, you hate certain parts of your body. You go through those periods where you look in the mirror and you think, 'Oh, if only I had different legs or arms or whatever.' You go through pregnancy and labor and then feeding the kid and you go, 'Wow, my body is totally amazing, and I'm never going to not like it again, because it did this, and this is fucking extraordinary.' "

Huge congratulations to Keira Knightley and her husband James Righton - the pair have reportedly welcomed their first child into the world.

E! News report that the British actress gave birth in London, but no further details have been confirmed yet.

The 30-year-old Imitation Game actress, who got married to the Klaxons rocker in France in May 2013, previously admitted she was feeling relaxed about becoming a mother despite struggling to come up with a "whole birthing plan."

The previous GLAMOUR cover star told Ellen DeGeneres: "There isn't an option to sort of keep it in, is there? So, I'm assuming my plan is to get it out. But apparently there's more to the plan than that. I don't know what that is. Still, my plan is to get it out. It will come out."

The Oscar-nominee also joked James was enjoying "drinking for two" while she was pregnant.

Speaking about how she's using her pregnancy as an excuse to make him attend awards season parties with her, Keira said: "I'm [telling him], 'You have to come with me, support me!

"There's a lot of free champagne [at events], so he thinks because I'm not drinking, he has two. I'm eating for two and he's drinking for two."

The American Sniper actress - who has two-year-old daughter Marlowe with partner Tom Sturridge - insists she won't be offering any advice to her friend, who is expecting her first child with husband James Righton, because she will be an "amazing" parent and doesn't need help.

"She doesn't need any advice. She will be perfect."

Sienna, 32, recently revealed she was "overwhelmed" by how natural it felt when she became a mother.
