Nick Walker finished as the second runner-up in Mr. Olympia 2022. Recently, Nick Walker shared an Instagram video of his leg day workouts. He also mentioned how he did 20-repetition leg-press exercises while training at a gym called The Lift Factory.  

Along with this, Walker shared that he had gained ten pounds after Olympia 2022. He also revealed that he did a cardio workout six days a week for twenty minutes, showing his passion for bodybuilding.
